BluesFest is the annual fundraiser for The Partnership Community Development Corporation, a non-profit dedicated to affordable housing and economic development in Philadelphia. The 2001 campaign’s central illustration and the use of two cool colors assisted in capturing the soft smoky atmosphere of the host venue.
